4.3. Client-Representative Relationship Disclaimer:
The relationship between you and Disability Credit Canada as your representative for Disability Tax Credit claim is established ONLY when you formally sign Disability Credit Canada’s client agreement. These signed forms, along with any subsequent written representation contracts, are the actual governing documents detailing our services, fees, and responsibilities. The information provided in this Website Terms of Service document is subordinate to and superseded by the terms of those signed agreements.
